The UN , what festering mess.Dictators and Despots .com.I'll leave out the endemic rape that seems to follow baby blues....who's savin' who , when they deploy and then expect payment for services rendered?....and your carbon tax too! The world is a morass of blind morons these days. The kind who expect people to believe shit like , they burn their homes......blah,blah,blah.This area has been seething for years , but it is on almost the exact opposite side of the world.Don't expect the cash crazed globalists to illuminate anyone on the worlds problems that local gov'ts cannot even handle.....but I digress As to attention spans: Suburbans filled with iphone/pad junkie kids and parents watching separate DVD players , Kims ass and Bruce's tits, playing Grand Theft Auto and takin' "selfies" with the AC blaring while rollin' 22's down the highway on cruise control with collision avoidance systems engaged............makes for short memories and no attention spans. "Mudhuts" , burning homes, dead babies ,and idle hands on the other hand, cause memories to be long and festering. Just sayin'.....
. That line would have come from James Powell. We co-wrote the three parts... (though for some reason his name only showed on the top of the first and third and mine on second... though both names in body of work...some kind of computer problem at the time.) On part one, he wrote most of what was above the displayed map of the country and I wrote most of what was below the map. On the surface, James is somewhat more "conventional" than I am. But that's just on the surface. -YP-
Great article! It's full of important info - but honestly, my favorite part was how you summed up public indifference toward such a serious issue: "with much of the world’s media focused on ISIS, Bruce Jenner, and the Jade Helm/Walmart world-takeover plot"
I was hoping that you would jump in here, Yankee Papa, and provide the link to the most excellent Myanmar series, authored by yourself and James Powell. I read it a while back. It's strange, in a funny kind of way, how a headline about a subject matter can elicit a response. But, when one reads the article...then supportive documentation either in support of the article content...or not...it can change that initial response that was had, when the headline was first read. Further reading is required in order to paint the whole picture of the matter...in this instance, your series and comment. Thank you, YP...so much!!! I had initially stated in this comment that 'further reading was required to find the Truth of the matter'...I edited that portion as I do not believe the article to be untrue, at all. My thought is 'more supportive content provides clearer context, and prevents contempt prior to investigation'! Clear as mud, right?
Thanks for the update Alex. We will be excused for not believing the Myanmar spokesman. Myanmar has been attempting not only "Ethnic Cleansing", but out and out genocide since the country (formerly known as Burma) got its independence. The British government ignored the fact that the tribal groups (Karens, Kachins, etc.) fought and died for the Allied cause... aiding British commando teams and the American OSS. Instead, handed the government over to Burmese politicos who had collaborated with the Japanese. . https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/bb7c7928a7ddc7a1e09c2265ffbfaa2df68dff42b4bc4f4d1864cbf9c2296e8b.jpg (OSS team -with some British weapons- and tribesmen ambushing Japanese on Irrawaddy River. CIA art collection...) The British said that "...after a decade, if the tribesmen were not happy, they could vote to secede from Burma..." That was the flimsiest of fig leaves. Immediately after independence Burma launched a war of extermination. But being a government of collaborators not the same as being trained and led in combat by British commandos and the OSS. The tribesmen have held their own... for more than 70 years now... though surviving has required the narcotics trade to finance weapons and child soldiers to keep their forces up to strength.
