Another point in favor of piston guns. Gas doesn't go all up in your face and you can dial the gas action to account for the can's backpressure. I think a heavier buffer might also help to keep that carrier in position a bit longer to dump some more pressure before coming back.
Glad I'm not the only one my YHM and LMT 10.5 does the same thing
Every time I ever shoot a shorty barrel with suppressor I always get gas blow back right in my damn eye. I don't like it but I guess its a better trade off than weaker ammo.
