Camping actually led to my decision to get an iPhone. My brother and I were heading down the endless amount of trails in the wilderness outside of Santa Fe looking for a place to set up camp for the night. We came within roughly 50 yards of a bear and my flip phone could only get a grainy Sasquatch-like picture of it.
Food, water and shelter. Not necessarily in that order. A sober analysis of the human population in general in the 21st century can really make one wonder what would happen if say - the power goes out for a while.
