Nothing beats sweat equity and selective nutrition. Except really bad injuries. I'm down 20 from Turkey Day, but I get about 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off as I keep pissing off whatever is in my shoulder. Still, I'm 39 and my girlfriend has to run point on me when we go out now and eye a few girls down from time to time. It's good for her.
LOL! I also took note that all the video testimonies are all white females... I think that means a lot of women are very insecure about the way they look and feel and are looking to anything they think can help. Full disclaimer I have my moments.. but not enough to subscribe to these kinds of products. I could go into a long tirade why I think that is, but I think Alex already covered that topic as it is applicable to men and women.
From what I've seen it seems (and the pictures you provided from Thrive back this up) it's almost exclusively white females that get caught up in these pyramid schemes. I don't know why that is but it seems to hold true.
The answer no one likes to hear. Seriously . Works.
Um, don’t most of us know already not to spend money on that stuff?? I never purchase the crap that people peddle on social media and neither do most of my friends. It’s clearly a gimmick to most people.
