On his biography page you can also read about how Matthew decided to travel to Libya to help some of his freinds fighting the war against Gaddafi’s forces, including his capture and incarceration by the Libyan military. You can also learn much more about his experiences as a freedom fighter by reading the interview I conducted with him right here on SOFREP a number of months ago. @JackMurphyRGR @frenchieNYC @Love_n_Respect When L&R asked, I remembered reading that interview, a few weeks ago. So I linked it. But I'm not endorsing or dismissing it. Just goes into the pile, one more view to consider. I can see good arguments for & against either option. So I'm staying skeptical, and refusing to speculate. ...and I really don't want to see this turn into another out-of-control, impossible-to-keep-up-with, 500+ post thread about Benghazi.
@frenchieNYC @Love_n_Respect I'm afraid Matthew is wrong about this one. It was a planned raid.
