Greg, I was completely unaware of this, but studying the Wars in Afghanistan from 79 till recent, I am not surprised. The amount of duplicity, cross purposes, mismanagement, and bungled operations from Iraq/Afganistan/Pakistan is something the MSM acolytes will never understand, conceive of, or derive from their own research. For me, this is another story, to add to many chapters, of how we conduct Foreign Policy deep in the shadows with our military - which is ruinous to those actors, our image, and our core values as a nation.
