“Tessa Thompson plays a kick-ass warrior who drinks a bit too much as she struggles with a bitter past.” Omg! yasssss
Ah-ah, AH! Makes me want to pull out a sword and fight something big. And while every single line Korg uttered made me giggle, it was Banner-Hulk that stole the show for me. Even when his line was to splat unceremoniously on the ground. It was definitely a more light-hearted approach to the Marvel Universe, and totally worth it.
Did you catch the Duran Duran artwork T-Shirt (forget name of artist and style) on Bruce Banner? All kinds of little easter eggs sprinkled throughout the film like that. I really enjoyed it, a couple of times I thought the humor was almost too much, veering away from some of the more serious aspects of the Marvel Universe (i.e. Civil War), but thoroughly enjoyed!
