It might, good chance it could. But yes it will always be under a black cloud unless it single hand-idly wins a war. The problem is letting a company build to final design, while delivering prototypes that are essentially test beds themselves, as fully operational . . . and charging trillions for the privilege to do so.
Well thank goodness we didn’t spends hundreds of billions of dollars on this project, before it was too late… Oh, wait.
It will never do what has been promised and so it will fly under a black cloud.
