What do you think about adding a bench press of 10 reps of your own body weight, and 25 dead hang pull-upsinstead of kipping, a d adding some dips?
Was wondering the same thing.
My only thing is that they’re calling it a dead-lift but using a hex bar that’s meant for squats.
Technically speaking I’m not sure a dead-lift is even possible with a hex bar since the back of the bar will impact your calf muscles as you bend forward.
I really like the new test. It’s a bit of a shame that the new test comes with log support requirements, but I’m just thinking back to some of the stupid events we have had to do over the years.

Sounds like a Spartan race on any given weekend . . . like the one I did at Fort Campbell in KY, on the base. Wonder if the DI’s watched and went . . . hmmmm. We even had to carry training M4’s and “clear” a smokey room as part of the course, lol.
