Team Room, we have 8 timeless photos for you to vote on.
So, on a personal note, when I first thought of this particular contest it was Saturday, traffic was slow, and I wanted to get a little competition going. In my mind I expected entries to be pictures of guys in the cold, dirty, staring down the barrel, under water… Good, hardcore military pictures.
As soon as I saw that someone submitted LT. Murphy’s photo I realized that this wasn’t the contest I was expecting. I don’t want to appear to be sensationalizing or profiting from our Heroes, I’m just real sensitive to that. But then again, I did ask for pictures of solitary guys who really convey that SOF spirit, that one Warrior alone, facing whatever he must, and each of us has our own perception and image of that. So perhaps I think too much, I don’t know, but I do know that the members of Team Room hold our Warriors, Heroes and Veterans, in high honor and esteem, and these submissions were given to honor these men. Enough said.
The winner of this contest receives a coveted SOFREP Mafia T. So let the voting begin!
